About the Project:
Pace Electrical performed complete electrical installations for eight new-build luxury apartments near Bath.
The high-end apartments benefitted from skilled, professional design and installations from our team, completed to the highest specs with aesthetics in mind. As the project was new-builds, installations were started entirely from scratch.
Interior electrical services included domestic ventilation systems, communal area lighting and heating, internet and multiple TV capabilities, fire alarm and domestic sprinkler systems, and exquisite high-end flat-plate sockets, switches, and fittings to match modern living expectations. Exterior electrical work for each of the apartments entailed car park lighting and electric vehicle charging point provisions, garden space power and discrete lighting, and video door entry system and gate control.
The resulting electrical systems within these apartments are compliant, safe, and designed for luxe living.
