About the Project:
Conversion of an old building society to a fully-fitted dental surgery with 3-self-contained flats above.
All electrical work were designed and completed by Pace Electrical, from standard residential fittings and wiring in the three flats, as well as commercial installations for the surgery to meet specific requirements of the dental staff. The project was delivered on time and within budget.
Alongside install of general power and lighting for the reception, waiting areas and staff room, we installed a fire alarm system, comms wiring, and ventilation and air conditioning supplies. Working alongside specialist contractors, we contributed to install in x-ray rooms and instrument cleaning rooms too.
